Volume = the RUSH (or SOL/USDC) side of each swap, valued at the hourly RUSH/USD rate at the time of the swap; each swap counts once. Multiplier = 1 + the share of supply locked in the RUSH treasury at contest end. Lock 50% → 1.5x. Locked is forever.
Coins launched on Stonk Launch, quoted in RUSH, on the 3% rewards tier. Existing coins qualify; only activity since the start counts. Coins on any other tier are not scored.
The #1 coin's creator gets $10,000. Its holders split $40,000 by lottery:

Holders are snapshotted at random times throughout the contest; your tickets are your average balance. You must still hold at least 50% of your average when the draw happens. Creator wallets, pools and the treasury are excluded. The full ticket table is published before a seeded random draw, and the seed is posted with the winners.
